Our Volvo rescue appliance was donated to us by Bedfordshire Fire & Rescue Service back in 2017. With our risk profile around the estate the Volvo rescue pump comes into its own, not only does it bring a fundamental capability to an aircraft incident, it can also respond to incidents in and around the estate on busy events days. This is typically crewed with a minimum of four operational crew and can be seen at all Shuttleworth airshow events.
